The idea for a boutique executive advisory that specializes on helping organizations become technology companies first took shape in San Francisco in 2017, at a Fortune 500 executive round table discussion on digital transformation we participated in. While listening to the digital challenges some of the world’s most celebrated business leaders were facing, we realized that there were a common set of executive decisions these companies were making that actively prevented them from successfully navigating the digital change.
Following hundreds of interviews, meetings and research with executives around the world since we first sat down in San Francisco, we’ve gradually turned this initial idea into a fundamental set of business governance frameworks. Using these frameworks, we help boards and executive leadership teams take back control of their equity narratives and reposition their companies as technology companies in the eyes of customers, employees and capital markets.
